The following text serves to inform you briefly on the subject.  Please turn to out General Terms & Conditions Act to find the only valid legal terms. There you will also find all information regarding the right of withdrawal.

1.    Delivery
All our dispatch is handled by Deutsche Post AG / DHL. The products are insured according to the conditions of Deutsche Post AG / DHL and are wrapped up neutrally.

Delivery address:
Of course you can chose other addresses than your own as the delivery address. In the metropolitan area Berlin personal delivery through our staff is possible.  If you have further question or in case of doubt about your delivery, please contact us.

Currency Information:
We only make out Euro invoices. Foreign currency information only aims to help your orientation and does not claim correctness. The Euro sum is the only relevant sum for the make out of our invoice.


2.    National Delivery (Germany)
Orders of less than 100 EUR order value are charged 6,70 EUR for the delivery. Orders of more than 100 EUR order value are free of delivery expenses within Germany.

Payment Handling
Credit Card:
We accept Visa and Master cards at our Online-Shop. In our studio you can also pay with VPAY, Maestro and JBC.
Your card will be charged directly after you have made your order.  Our Credit Card Company will verify your data and debit the amount from your account.  Your credit card data will not be saved in our system. Therefore you will have to enter all information again when making a new order. The data transmission is coded in SSL-code.
If your payment is not successful, it is possible that your credit card is not activated for online orders. For further information please contact your Credit Card Company.

COD (Cash on delivery):
COD is only possible within Germany and will not be directed to a POB.

3. International Delivery (all other EU and non-EU countries)

Our standard mode of dispatch is the Business Packet Premium Service from Deutsche Post/ DHL. It is also possible to choose the Express Option. The delivery status can be tracked online. In our standard mode of dispatch the delivery costs are calculated depending on distance and total weight and we will add this sum on your order. If you have any questions, please contact us. The delivery costs are calculated by size and weight of the delivery. The exact price can only be calculated when your order is wrapped up. In special cases we reserve the right to do a post calculation. If this is the case we will inform you before sending off the packet.
Attention! The Express Option only covers the delivery service and does not effect the manufacture process.

4. Delivery (VAT-free)
This only applies to customers with a permanent residence in a non-EU country.
Online-Shop
We deliver our products Vat-free. Your country can impose duty on the imported goods.  You will have to pay those duties. For further information turn to your local customs authorities.
 
Studio Shop
If you purchase our products directly in our studio you will have to pay the sum including VAT but you can receive a refund of the VAT. Therefore you will need to show the bill to the customs authorities when leaving the EU and receive a confirmation stamp on the bill.
